Why did The Employability Assessment Test come into existence?
All the companies that hire fresher’s anything up to 300 or 400 positions in a year will not be able to travel to multiple locations or campus. So the opportunities from these companies used to be limited to few colleges.
To make these opportunities available to the students of all the colleges, the corporate wanted a standard national level test, as they would not want to compromise on the quality of the candidates they want to hire.
There are over 12.0 Lakhs engineering graduating from 3452 Engineering College across the country, and over 3000 plus MBA institute producing 5 lakhs plus MBA’s.
With this background the campusselect.in in consultation with its clients for last 3 years have devised The Employability Assessment Test (TEA test) .

What is The Employability Assessment Test Score TEA Test score?
The The Employability Assessment Test score acts as a First level of quality filter for the corporate or at times as a Mandatory test score for the students to apply and appear for few of the corporate interview.
The Employability Assessment Test puts all students in the same platform and gives the leverage to apply for any number of companies based on eligibility without the location constraint and provides with multiple opportunity from across the country.

What is the Employability Assessment TEST FEE?
Students of 2013 B.E / B. Tech / MCA here is an exciting offer for registration on or before March 31st 2013.
TEST FEE ~~799/-~~ Rs. 699/- per student discount of Rs.100 /-
for MBA the Assessment fee will be Rs.999/-

Validity : The Employability Assessment test score is valid till August 31st 2013.

a)      Prepare for the aptitude and analytical problem solving
b)     Your basics related to subject – If CS/IS then on Programming, for Mechanical, Civil, E&E, E&C your subject knowledge preferably you can use the GATE papers

How many JOB opportunities are provided to students?
For the 2013 batch students there will be multiple Job opportunities provided till 31st of August 2013.
Score in TEA test              Minimum no. of Job opportunities
70% and above                - 10-12
60% to 70%                         - 8-10
50% to 60%                         -6-8
Below 50%                          - 5
The job opportunities will be on meeting the academic cut off percentage as set by the corporate.
For students scoring below 50% in the TEA test the jobs opportunities may not be for the developer profiles and may not be in top companies unless they take a RE-TEST and improve their scores.

How to take the RE –TEST and to improve theThe Employability Assessment Test score?
The students who scores less in the TEA – test can take the RE-Test only after 20 days from the First test. They would require preparing well and appearing for it as the score of the RE-TEST will be considered once a student takes the RE-Test.
The RE-TEST can be taken by paying 50% of the Test FEE’s that is applicable at that point in time.
The schedule for RE-TEST will be informed to the students once enrolled for the RE-Test.

The role of College
The college can fix up one date for the conducting of the Employability assessment test, and provide the information to all the students .
On fixing up of the date the college can coordinate with campus select team to conduct the test on remittance of the TEST fee either by the individual students or as an Institute.

How to pay the Test FEE’s?
The students can remit the TEA test fees in multiple modes

Pay in cash to the Campus select representative visiting the institute, on the day of the TEST.
